First food adventures in the city
First, the obligatory Sabrett hot dogs, purchased on the street right outside of Carnegie Hall. Quite tasty, especially for a Buck apiece.
Secondly, we made the trek to Momofuku Milk Bar, tucked in unassumingly on W. 56th St. I have been reading about this place on food blogs for months, and was stoked to try it for myself. It did not disappoint! Steve had a Compost Cookie (everything but the kitchen sink in there), and I had the Salty Pistachio ice cream. It was OUTRAGEOUSLY good. Well worth the several blocks we walked to get there.
